Nathan Partridge was born to James Partridge and Keziah Bullard in Medway, Massachusetts, Mar. 26, 1751. He married Meletiah Holbrook, born in Bellingham, Massachusetts, Feb 28, 1755, daughter of Deacon Joseph Holbrook. Nathan Partridge died in Medway, May 25, 1785. His children were born there.

- Nathan Partridge, born Dec 27, 1778; died Feb 20, 1854; settled in Barre, Massachusetts, where he married Feb 17, 1804, Isabella Fessenden, born Jan 16, 1780; their children were born in Barre. Children:
- Hiram F. Partridge, born Jun 16, 1805; married May 5, 1830, in Barre, Mary Jenkins, born Boston, Massachusetts, in 1804; settled in Naples, New York, where he died in 1844; four children.
- Lavinia E. Partridge, born May 9, 1808.
- Albert H. Partridge, born Jan 19, 1811; married (1) at Leonidas, Michigan, Jan 24, 1847, Versilda Pierce, born at Naples, New York, in 1828, died Leonidas, Michigan, in 1848; married (2) at Leonidas, May 26, 1850, Mrs. Cornelia B. (Noyes) Eggleston, born Florence, Ohio, in 1822; resided in Leonidas, Michigan, where he died in 1894; one child by first, four by second wife.
- Augusta M. Partridge, born Aug 28, 1815; died in 1834.
- Winfield Scott Partridge, born Jun 13, 1817; died Naples, New York, in 1849.
- William A. Partridge, born Sep 10, 1819; married at Naples, New York, May 18, 1846, Lucetta A. Gates, born in Barre, Massachusetts, in 1817; resided in Barre, where he died in 1875; four children.
- Susanna Partridge, born Nov 30, 1783; married Capt. Asa Fiske of Holliston, Massachusetts.
