He married 1st, 27 Feb 1794, Chloe Puffer, born 22 Dec 1773 in Wrentham, Massachusetts, daughter of William Job and Mary (Wetherell) Puffer of Wrentham. She died 14 Jun 1813, in Medway, where they resided, and is buried at Prospect Hill Cemetery. He filed his intention to marry 2nd, Sally Hall, in Medway on 22 Apr 1815. He died 26 Oct 1822 in Medway.
