Ebenezer Partridge was born to Samuel Partridge and Hannah Mason in Medfield, Massachusetts (now Rockville, Massachusetts), 29 May 1706. He settled in Wrentham, Massachusetts (now Franklin, Massachusetts), where he afterwards resided. He married in Walpole, Massachusetts, 5 Nov 1735, Elizabeth Holmes. She died 6 Oct 1784. He died 15 May 1794 [1]Diary of Mercy and Lucina Wight, of Bellingham, Massachusetts. In consideration of £200 he conveyed, 24 Apr 1773, to David and Hannah Wood, one half part of all his lands and buildings in Wrentham [2]Suffolk Co. Deeds, Lib. cxxv., p. 225. In a deed dated 5 Jun 1789, one hundred and forty acres of land in Franklin is conveyed to ” my son-in-law David Wood and Hannah, his wife, my daughter” [3]Suffolk Co. Deeds, Lib. clxvi., p. 233.

  3. Abigail Partridge, born 29 Aug 1744; married 16 Jul 1767 [5]published in Walpole, 21 Jun 1767, Elkanah Clapp, born Walpole, 2 Oct 1740, died Mansfield, Massachusetts, 13 Oct 1805, son of Joshua and Abigail (Bullard) Clapp. They resided in Mansfield. Five children. [6]See Clapp Gen.
