Lovet Partridge was born to Jonathan Partridge and Abigail Lovet in Sherborn, Massachusetts, 13 Sep 1750, He married in Mendon, Massachusetts, 19 May 1774, Sarah Hayward of Mendon, Massachusetts. They resided for a time in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, where two children were born. Lovet removed first to Bakersfield, Vermont, in 1778, and then to North Westminster, Vermont between before 1790, then by 1800 he was in Branford, Connecticut and then in 1810, North Haven, Connecticut. Jabez Partridge (1748-c1842)

Jabez Partridge was born to Jonathan Partridge and Anne Phipps in Sherborn, Massachusetts, 11 Dec 1748. He married, 19 May 1772, Anna Twitchell, born in Sherborn, 24 May 1751, daughter of Jonathan and Deborah (Bullard) Twitchell. They resided at Sherborn until about 1780, when they removed to Gardner, Massachusetts, where they afterwards lived. Jabez was baptized as an adult on 19 Aug 1810 in Gardner. He resided in the south part of Gardner, where his grandson Seneca Partridge resided in 1860. He was one of the first inhabitants in the town. Jabez died about 1842 and Ann about 1834. No

John Partridge (1746-)

John Partridge was born to Jonathan Partridge and Anne Phipps in Sherborn, Massachusetts, Oct 28, 1746. He married at Barre, Massachusetts, Oct 7, 1773, Mrs. Phebe Boyden, widow of Micah Boyden and daughter of Silas and Deborah (Buck) Sears, of Greenwich, Massachusetts. They resided at Barre, where the births of four children are recorded. John’s death is not recorded in the Barre town records but his wife is, and she dies there on 7 Jun 1825, a. 76 yrs., and she is listed as a widow at the time. The location of the burial for John and Phebe is unknown.

Reuben Partridge (1741-1801)

Reuben Partridge was born to Jonathan Partridge and Anne Phipps in Medway, Massachusetts on 21 Nov 1741. He married, 6 Feb 1766, Mary Perry, born in Sherborn, Massachusetts, 2 Apr 1745, daughter of Moses and Deborah (Ivery) Perry. They resided in Sherborn until 1789, when they removed to Gardner, Massachusetts, where they resided thereafter [1]Herrick’s Hist, of Gardner. All but the youngest of their children were born in Sherborn. He married first, 8 Dec 1763, Keziah Harding of Medway who died 11 Jul 1764 in Barre, Massachusetts; and married second, 8 Sep 1766, Thankful Adams, born in Medway, 4 Jun 1748, daughter of Eleazer and Bathsheba (Barber) Adams. They resided in Barre, Massachusetts, where their children were born. He died there in 1827. She died 6 Jan 1830. Revolutionary War pension S. 21411 mentions both Jenett Groves and Timothy Partridge. Jasper Partridge was born to Jonathan Partridge and Elizabeth Learned in Medway, Massachusetts, 15 Apr 1732. He married first, at Barre, Massachusetts, 12 Oct 1756, Mary Rice, born 18 May 1737, daughter of Jonas and Jane (Hall) Rice, of Worcester, Massachusetts, and settled soon after at Guilford, Vermont, where he afterwards lived. Moses Partridge was born to Benoni Partridge and Mehitabel Wheelock in West Medway, Massachusetts, 28 Aug 1733. He inherited one half of his father’s homestead in West Medway and resided there until 1801, when he sold the place to his son Simeon, and removed to Upton, Massachusetts, where he died 6 Oct 1804.
